VEDWORM

Product Description

VedWorm is a broad-spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic formulated with Albendazole for the treatment and control of internal parasitic worm (helminth) infections in livestock, poultry, and swine. It acts by binding to parasite beta-tubulin and disrupting microtubule formation, which blocks glucose uptake and depletes the energy reserves of the parasite, leading to paralysis and death of the worm.

VedWorm is effective against a wide range of gastrointestinal roundworms, tapeworms, lungworms, and adult liver flukes, helping to clear existing worm burdens, prevent larvae from maturing and multiplying within the host, and support healthy growth, feed conversion, and productivity across the herd or flock.

Key Benefits

  • Broad-spectrum activity against internal parasitic worms, including roundworms, tapeworms, lungworms, and adult liver flukes.
  • Disrupts the parasite’s energy metabolism, preventing larvae from growing, developing, or multiplying within the host animal.
  • Effective against both adult and larval stages of major gastrointestinal and respiratory helminths.
  • Supports improved weight gain, feed efficiency, and overall herd or flock productivity when used as part of a routine deworming program.
